I was made to feel comfortable at every stage of the process and had no qualms about asking questions. I was given plenty of information about the procedure  and the risks involved. The staff at the hospital were professional, friendly and supportive. Immediate recovery particularly the night following surgery was more difficult than I anticipated and the calm professionalism of the nursing staff helped enormously. I felt the nursing was attentive and professional. Very satisfied – I was not expecting or wanting to look 20 years younger but I feel the surgery has given my face a much more pleasing balance. I feel more comfortable in my own skin than I have done for years.
