Having had previous experience of Mr Ng, I was delighted to return and have the continuity of his care. His manner, information and guidance as before, was extremely useful and appreciated. The room and surroundings felt spacious and yet homely, and I felt totally at ease.
On the day of surgery, the apprehension and excitement I felt was met with smiles from the nurses and the surgical team. The hospital was wonderful, with the facilities and team being impressive and also calming and private.
Mr Ng’s team from start to finish have been exemplary in their communication and manner. Its almost like coming in to say hello to friends.
I feel quite emotional with the success and delight that my fantastic surgery has offered. Although it was cosmetic surgery, Mr Ng’s craft has actually jump started me back to life; back to being ‘me’. I am overwhelmed and thrilled with the results
